I’m psychologist and trainer with 14 years years of experience in providing individual psychotherapy and leading workshops and trainings for adults. My aim is to help clients achieve their personal objectives and goals.
I specialize in crisis interventions and stress management. I lead trainings and workshops in the areas of functioning in crisis and stressful situations, and problem solving in crisis.
I effectively use the Prolonged Exposure Therapy to help clients with PTSD.
I gained very useful Trauma & Resilience knowledge from the Israeli Experience Course at the Hebrew University.
In addition, I completed the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Center postgraduate course. I specialize in using the cognitive behavioral methods as well as humanistic and positive psychology.
I believe that my clinical experience enables me to effectively assist my clients and contribute to improving their mental health. In therapy, I start with setting up patient’ goals and conducting initial assessments in order to develop individualized treatment plans. I also help clients to identify evolving behavioral patterns and impairments to create drive for personal change and development. I always rely on building trustful relationships with my clients to help them grow.
In business trainings, I lead workshops about breaking schematic thinking, introducing innovation activities, creativity, personal effectiveness in business, and stress management.
